South Carolina Aerospace Industry | Apprenticeship Carolina

Apprenticeship Carolina™ is a Registered Apprenticeship Initiative for employers to provide employees the opportunity to earn while they learn. Also hosted by the South Carolina Technical College System, Apprenticeship Carolina™ has been recognized as one of ten innovative workforce development best practices. There are several sources of funding for aerospace manufacturing companies. Some costs, including instruction and training and wages, may be covered for apprentices meeting local Workforce Investment Area (WIA) eligibility requirements. Plus, Lottery Tuition Assistance may be available for eligible apprentices enrolled in a degree, diploma or certificate program at a technical college.
